We are Mission Systems LLC. This policy explains information submitted through our public website at missionsystemsllc.com and our website privacy choices. It addresses our public website rather than information handled under separate service agreements.

Information you provide

Our contact form includes fields for Name, organization, Phone, Email and Message. The organization field is labelled “Orginization” on the form. We use the information you submit to respond to your request. Your message may include additional information you choose to provide.

Website hosting and technical information

We use Flywheel to host our website. When your browser requests a website page or resource, the request involves technical information such as your IP address, the requested resource and browser request headers.

Cookies and privacy choices

We use a cookie to remember your cookie choices. Necessary cookies are always on. Our cookie controls keep managed analytics and marketing scripts off until you click Accept all, save a choice enabling a category, or accept through qualifying visitor scrolling while the initial banner is visible.

You can use Choose on the banner or Cookie settings to turn optional categories off and save your choices. Checking a category box alone does not activate scripts.

We honor browser Global Privacy Control by keeping managed analytics and marketing off and suppressing the initial banner. Our settings panel explains the signal and disables those optional controls while it applies.

Our controls manage recognized analytics and marketing scripts; they do not block every third-party request. Embedded services and frames can load independently. You can also use your browser settings to delete or block cookies and clear website storage, although doing so can affect website functionality.

When analytics is allowed, the consent tool can sample cookie and browser-storage names and related metadata to maintain the website cookie inventory. It does not submit stored cookie or storage values.

Website-page tracking

Our website uses BenchmarkONE (Hatchbuck) webpage tracking. Its configured tag requests app.hatchbuck.com/TrackWebPage and sends the visited page URL with that request. BenchmarkONE’s webpage-tracking documentation describes using cookies to track contact visits. We classify this component as marketing. It stays off until marketing is allowed through our cookie controls, and you can turn it off in Cookie settings.
